Do you have a …\Heron\0.5.0\gdal\share\ subfolder where Heron is installed? And does it have both egm08_25.gtx and proj.db files in this folder?

Ya i was able to look at the folders and saw that those files are there and went to see if I had the latest Heron update (0.5.0)
