Good Atom package to tidy py scripts for Rhino?

i’m just learning python and keep getting errors for the formatting of the code more than syntax. I know, I know, I need to learn proper but I’d learn better if something could clean it up nice and tidy too. :wink:

Aren’t you asking for PEP8, @kleerkoat? And there are Atom packages for that.

I don’t know of any but the one Marcus suggests looks like it’s worth a try. You could also check ‘Show Invisibles’ in Editor Settings and tweak the ‘Soft Tabs’, ‘Tab Length’, ‘Tab Type’ Settings to make sure you spacing is consistent.

i found a good pep8 linter. i didn’t realize python was so picky.
