GHPython Component refresh

If you need to recompute/refresh from within a GHPython component, you can use this method:

GHPython-counter from 0 to a value

If you need to do it from another component, use this method (but only target a specific component e.g. by name or guid):

I was just in need of this myself (for a one-click Recompute Solution from the RCP) and ended up here.
