GhGL for Rhino 8

I just published GhGL for Rhino 8 to the package manager. This version requires at least Rhino 8.6 and will only work on Windows (we don’t really use OpenGL on Mac in Rhino 8).

This is a compatibility update so no new features. The only significant change is that the editor used for editing shader code is based on the new code editor that we use in other parts of Rhino 8.
