I’m new to Grasshopper and need some help as to how to produce a script to generate vertical louvers on this geometry. Any ideas?

Do you have any details or is this purely conceptual? What’s the final goal?
The final goal is to have vertical fins across the side surface of this geometry. Construction details are not necessary, generating rectangle fins that follow the curvature of the geometry would be enough.
I’m aiming to do something like this where the vertical louvers are tilt at an angle:
