GH_KernelXML change isn't influence the Radial Menu hotkay

After reinstalling the win10 operation system on my computer, I have reinstalled the Rhino6 newest version.
While I like to have the Radial Menu by pressing SPACE bar, I have edited the grasshopper kernel XML, as I did using the previous Rino6 version.

The XLM file looks like this:
