I can’t find a component to define section property modifiers (eg to change the second moment of area of a section). I use ggGSA quite a bit and there’s a component to do this so was expecting there to be one for ggETABS but doesn’t seem to be there.

Thanks for reporting, it looks as though this component has been unintentionally omitted from the Etabs plugin. I’ve added it for the next builds and will contact you with how to access this.

Just noticed that frame elements in ETABS seem to always end with their start node (i) on the left and end node (j) on the right regardless of how the frame is defined in GH. This is probably fine in most cases but if you have releases at one end and not the other then could be an issue.

Thanks for raising this as it wasn’t a convention that I was aware of.
For builds going forward there is a check to see if the member should be flipped for releases and orientation rotation. Best to try and stick to the etabs convention from within the script if possible.
