"Getting license from license manager..." takes 30s

I have an issue where Rhino takes a long time to start. It seems from the splash screen that getting the license from the cloud is what is slowing it down.

I tried turning Private Relay off on both my phone and Mac, adding Rhino to the built-in firewall, and using my phone’s Wi-Fi when launching Rhino. This did not help.

I really appreciate that Rhino normally loads so fast, but this issue kind of defeats the purpose of all the hard work put into making the software load fast.

I don’t have the same issue on my PC (on the same network, but connected with an Ethernet cable).
