Getting a "seam" with revolved & thickened objects... still a bug?

Hi everyone,

I’m getting some type of “seam” with a revolved object, along the shape that’s being revolved. No idea what might be causing this… hiding tangent edges doesn’t work… any help appreciated!

(A secondary question is why when trying to boolean-out the cylinders, sometimes it works, sometimes it leaves a few unsubtracted…)

Hello- in your image this looks like a meshing artifact but I do not see any sign of that here. See if DivideAlongCreases > SplitAtTangents =Yes does anything good.
