Geometry imported as family not changing cut height in plans

That is a known issue in Revit (some DirectShape/Imported) not being sectioned.

Revit geometry is fairly particular, the DirectShape is the best way to get geometry in, and will highlight the areas where it has issues (but often still makes it into the project as a .sat import)

Hi Brandt, Imports into Revit have to conform to Revit’s internal geometry rules and tolerances. The best way to troubleshoot is to use a Add DirectShape component, it will try several different levels of import and output what it can. It will highlight with the orange edges and dots where things are not in tolerance. [image]
