"Generic Client Error" when uploading files - Designer Plus Account

We are encountering a “Generic Client Error” when attempting to upload a file to ShapeDiver. We currently have a Designer Plus subscription: jfarezatfau-unlp-edu-ar username: jFarez.

Here are the steps we have already taken to troubleshoot:

File Compatibility: Ensured the Grasshopper definition uses only supported components and does not rely on unsupported plugins or custom scripts.
Plugins and Dependencies: Verified that all plugins used in the definition are compatible with ShapeDiver.
Parameter Settings: Checked for advanced settings like caching or backend API access to ensure they align with ShapeDiver’s requirements.
File Size and Complexity: Optimized the definition to reduce complexity and file size.
Account Configuration: Verified that our account settings allow embedding and match the model’s intended functionality.
Network Issues: Confirmed that no network restrictions, firewalls, or proxies are interfering with the upload.
Despite these efforts, the error persists. Could you please provide guidance on what else we might check or configure to resolve this issue? If further details are needed about the file or account, we are happy to provide them.

Please let me know when you get this error? Does it happen when you upload a model on the Upload page?

The error occurs after we upload the model to the Upload page. The upload process itself is successful, and the file is accepted. However, when we try to save the model, the “Generic Client Error” message appears, preventing us from proceeding further.

We have identified a temporary issue on the server you are using for uploading your models. The problem has now been fixed but you will have to upload the model again. My apologies for the inconvenience.
