I just installed Rhino on my new Asus Vivobook, I can’t zoom or pan on the front panel window. It doesn’t respond. Top and Right are fine.
Is this a known problem?

Can you run SystemInfo in Rhino and copy/paste the results here?

Also…
Make sure the viewport isn’t locked
If it is, unlock by right clikcing the viewport title and removing the check mark on Locked
If that isn’t it, try running the 4view command twice in a row - that will reset all 4 viewports to default.
Any better?
