Freehand line style?

Hi,

I would like to give some lines a more “freehand” and softer look, because they should resemble a retaining wall made of natural big stones.
Is there any way to do this by e.g. using a linetype ?
I tried the sketch command, but this is quite time consuming…

I would use the Plug-in Vectorize to import a sketch or a photo.
A quick try with a photo from internet:

If you need something simpler, you can make a sketch on a paper and scan it or modify the photo with other software.
