Free trial incompatible with Windows 8

I downloaded the free trial and was using it on Windows 7. Then the motherboard was hit with a power surge and I had to buy a new computer with Windows 8. After downloading Rhino 5 when I try to open it I’m told this app is not compatible with this PC contact the publisher. How do I continue with my free trial?
