We would like to invite you to a free Rhino/Grasshopper Teacher Training Workshop that will take place on April 24-26 at our European office in Barcelona.

Learn how to add 3D modeling and generative algorithms to your design and design communication curriculum without burdening your students with yet another difficult software product. Focus on teaching design while your students take advantage of the latest 3D modeling technology and visual programming using Grasshopper.

Using Rhino, you will be guided through a series of hands-on exercises that highlight NURBS modeling and its concepts. We will introduce Grasshopper as a graphical algorithm editor tightly integrated with Rhino’s 3D modeling tools. You will also learn how Rhino is used to render models for visualization, translate 3D models for prototyping, and export 3D models into 2D CAD or graphics programs.

Bring your laptop. Classroom activities, models, training materials, and files will be available to you to use in your classroom. You will have students working in 3D on your design exercise within the first week of the term.
