Forum post doesnt appear at top anymore

Hi, has forum system changed, posting a reply doesnt bring thread to top, so it continues to sink into oblivion.

Is this default mode now as if so no one gets to see it.
Its normal with forums for active posts to float to top, goes without saying that those still with a spark in them need a chance of replies etc and being seen.

I think you can change it in your own accounts preferences. Preferences > Interface > Default Home Page
