Formwork Planarization Problem

Hi,There
Recently, I have faced a problem with Kangaroo2 to place a certain size(12001200mm) formwork to a free surface as show below,I set several goals in Kangaroo2 to satisfy my requirement,but unfortunatly,I did not get the “correct” result,I did not know it is my mesh topology or factors problem,anyone can help will be highly appreciated.
And my Goal priority are:1.Planarized meshs for formwork;2.Smooth surface…to have a better finish of the pouring concrete;3.Mesh sizes to be 12001200mm box,to have less cut and waste for the formworks.
The problem I faced now is after solve the surface seems not smooth and the meshed are not planarized;

I don’t understand what you want? What’s wrong with the original surface?

Thank you for your reply,I have re-upload the file and remove the add-on batteries.
My Goal is to use constant sizes planar meshs to match the original surface.

Why? That doesn’t even sound possible, but I’m no expert at stuff like this.
