Food4Rhino create new app ends in error

I’ve just tried adding a new plugin on food4rhino and after carefully adding a text, images, files to download, links, images and descriptions manually adding links, I’m greeted by this message:

How can I recover my input? I can’t seem to find it back in my apps.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening again?
