Fly-out toolbar display problem

Hi – I’m very new to Rhino and finding frustration at every turn. I am having a problem where one icon below the command line (Boolean functions) is not displaying its sub-functions properly. Every other container when I right click it opens up the various other commands, but this is the only one where it appears to be hidden. I can still click the commands but they only the very left of the fly-out window is visible. Please help!!!
