i have issues with FlowAlongSrf. it creates jagged outer boarders. the tolerance has no influence on the results.
check the file. the error can be reproduced.

Hello - try making your base and target surfaces slightly over-sized:

thx pascal, but isn t it a bit inaccurate workaround when you change the source srf? did you scale or extendsrf?
Hello - I used ExtendSrf. If you’re careful about extending, I don’t see why this should be any less accurate. You will have to choose a location on the curved surface to measure the extension - I suggest making the corners match the base surface offset.
