I’m trying to get a set of solids to wrap on a surface with the normals constrained. The image with the grey text is what I’m looking for. This is using flow on surface within Rhino while constraining the normals. The image with the red text is what grasshopper is generating. I would like to correct the skewing of the text. Any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
this is the very very very first thing that came to my mind, to project along Z (on the offset of the original surface) an inward offset of each letter:
