Flow command broken in WIP and Rhino 7?

I frequently use Rhino to create a 3D road centerline that can then be used to create a 3D road surface. I started with the roadway profile (in elevation) and the roadway alignment (target curve in plan). I would create a straight base curve the same length as the roadway alignment. Then, in plan view (Top) I would select the roadway profile, enter the Flow command, then click the base curve then the target curve.

That procedure worked without fail for previous versions of Rhino 7. But with the latest WIP and latest Rhino 7, I no longer get the 3D curve I expect.

Doing this on an ARM Mac Studio with Ventura 13.5.1.

appears to work fine here-

I used the line option for the base curve and snapped to your center line

fwiw, your base curve has to be the center line of your object that you want to flow… if its offset from the object the flowed result will be offset as well.
