I have a small surface 90×60 mm2 and that surface has roughness data on it forming peaks and vallys on that surface how can i flow that surface onto a large surface 1500×800 mm2 without stretching the data meaning i want the data on the large surface to be made up from several 90×60 mm2 surfaces

Sounds like you are looking for either ArraySrf or the paneling tools, depending on what you target surface looks like and how you want the smaller surfaces distributed. Post your file or some visual indication of what you want, if you are looking for a more precise answer.
