Floating Windows Jump to Screen Center of Main Monitor

I had this before, and it was an external program causing the issue. I can’t figure out how to search the old newsgroup to see if I posted a resolution or not, I normally try to. Any way this just started happening again when I hit save, does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hi Don - it is, I think, in the ATI ‘HydraVision’ settings.
