This was a request from one of our users.
In Windows (with Aero view on) you can enable “Flip 3D” by holding down the windows key + tab, or windows + shift + tab to go the other way. This allows for quick switching between windows.
Since Rhino has never used MDI (and probably never will I’m guessing) it would be interesting to have a way to mimic the Flip 3D behaviour, but only specific to Rhino files. The files would still be a SDI, but using the functionality of Aero, it would seem like a MDI.
I suggested he just use Flip 3D, but it’s the many other windows typically open at any given time that make this less than efficient.
Not sure how useful this would be to others, but I promised I would throw it out there for consideration.
