Finger on the trigger of used Acer Helios 300... quick advice for my application?

I have the same laptop. it works quite well but I have some advices:
it has serious temperature problems. it gets hot quite easy and since it has aluminum frame. the keyboard gets hot quickly too.
From the Acer forum they said “is normal” but is a pita.
Also if you use it for example connected and without shoes, you will get a tiny discharge if you touch the silver edge on the perimeter of the bottom half.
a workaround I found for the temperature is to use a fan base but it doesn’t help to much ( at least the one I bought).
other thing is to undervolt the CPU a little. I use it like 85%-90%. that way I can work ok without reaching 90 degrees but using the internal fans at top speed so is very noisy.
other method could be replacing the thermal paste for a better one. it seems the factory paste is quite bad and not distributed very well on the surfaces. ( I haven’t tried this yet)
Sadly I knew this after buying it but it seems there are a lot of Helios 300 with the same temperature issues.
