Filter panel how to have all off and tick one?

Filter panel, I normally want just one or two ticked, it displays with all ticked. By its very nature its more likely one needs to tick one or two more so than everything.

Can it be launched to display none ticked ?

Also it covers the command entry area, can one have it appear somewhere else on screen , rather than have to drag it away from there each time ?

Right click on one to set it and turn the others off. Right click again to bring them all back.

Just pull it out into the workspace to undock it like any other toolbar… Dock it somewhere else if you like.

After a few steps you will not be able to right click again to bring them all back. At that point,you can also double right-click on the Disable checkbox to bring them all back.
