When trying to select objects that are excluded by the Filter settings, the panel content flashes.
I think this is meant as a hint that shall show why nothing was selected.
On the 4th attempt to select an excluded object, the Filter gets deactivated completely.
Once understood, it makes sense.
While I don’t like the flashing.
In (9.0.26202.12303, 2026-07-21), the panel content is no longer visible after the 4th click:
Looks like a refresh is missing.
Instead of self-adjusting the filter settings after the flashing, I’d better like a Filter icon at the cursor.
Or a different cursor color when a Filter is active.
Or something like that, but not the flashing please.
