Yep, that is a nasty corner- It’s hard to even tell easily what the right answer is - I’ve attached what may be it - made entirely from FilletSrf, trimmed in ‘by hand’. It would be a little simpler of the edges that are almost tangent were truly tangent.

BTW, I would model this starting with the file’s tolerances at .001, not .01 - I did not notice that until late in the game so I left it. Some info here - http://wiki.mcneel.com/rhino/faqtolerances

Other Cad modelers with more robust fillet commands can handle this. However the fillets are very complex resulting in B class surfaces. It’s always better to create topology that allows for fillets to flow smoothly to achieve A class results.
Yeah- this is a cleaner solution than the first one, starting from the existing file- not too bad actually.
