Fillet surface and blend them

Hi,

I’m trying to fillet these surfaces both in plan and in 3D. I was able to easily do it in another software but couldn’t figure out in Rhino/Grasshopper.

This is what I’m aiming to have, first filet the edges, let’s say 1500mm, and then blend them at the top…
