Fillet fail on these two corners why?

fillet fails radius 1mm on these corners A and B yet prior to shortening this item fillet worked.

I have even replaced the line segments there with pink straight lines and moved them fwd, fillet fails on these as well.

why ?

It’s because the length of that line going to the arc is smaller than 1 mm…

Yup. 0.76mm
A radius of 0.75mm works

Hi,
I see it now, I shortened the shape and didnt realise the fillet then ran foul of the space available !
