Does anyone know why the fillet fails on these edges please?
They are seemingly 16 identical features around a tapered cylindrical shape.
I generated it using Grasshopper.
Surface seam locations like this in Red will cause Rhino solid fillets to bomb every time. Center the vertical seam and that should solve the issue. You also have a few continuity breaks along the horizontal seams that need to be fixed. I would just pollar array the one centered cylinder that fillet correctly.

Thanks for the tips!
I created all the geometry, and did the boolean, in Grasshopper. Is there anything I should be aware of that can minimise non-centred seams and continuity breaks?
I can’t tell the differences between the surfaces on the initial brep…
