Files open empty?

Hi!

I use Rhino 6 for work, running on Windows 10.

A few weeks back I started having an issue where I could not open some files for some reason.
They would open rhino but it would be empty, and there are no error messages popping up.
It is for a few different files types (.dgw, .dxf, .ai), and it is only some but not all of them.
These are all files that I used to be able to open, and my coworkers are all able to open them with no problems.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and our (external) IT people have no idea what it could be.

Does anyone have any experience with this, or a potential fix?

Thanks!

Hello - there is indeed an error message:

I do not know why plug-ins would be blocked. Can you please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here?

I have fixed it, thank you!
The plug in was blocked, I went into options and re-enabled all the plugins and it is working!!

Not sure how they got disabled, but thank you for pointing that out for me
