File3dm Add Angular Dimension

I am trying to add Angular Dimension to File3dm. I did not find any AddAngularDimension method in File3dmObjectTable. Is it missing or is there other way to add Angular Dimension to the file?

Looks like an oversight to me. Hopefully we can get something in Rhino 6.
