I’ve been finishing a rhino model and did some last-minute touches for the past few days. yesterday I may have clicked a button, and the rhino just went black, and then when the screen finally came back, I shut it off so my computer wouldn’t overheat. This morning, I went to check my model and nothing that I did for the past 2 days is there, even the stuff that I saved 1 day before it crashed. Is there a way to get it back?

You can find old autosave files in your recycle bin.
I guess run -systeminfo and post the results?
Your computer will stop itself from overheating, you don’t need to shut it off.
