Is there a place where we can request features and vote on requested features?
There’s YouTrack where all bugs and wishes are logged and managed. You can also add your vote to issues there but that part is not wildly used.
Other than that, this forum is the right place to discuss things.

Feature requests - post here. Vote - no. You can certainly “like” other people’s feature requests.
You can see all the open issues including future wishes, etc. here.
