I now rely heavily on layouts and details for my workflow. However, I am continually iterating the model, making page exports, adding new geometry, and repeating.
Please improve one thing. Please have a layer toggle like ‘New Detail On’ but to prevent that new layer’s contents from automatically appearing in existing layouts/details. I don’t believe this is currently possible?
Dozens and dozens of times, I’m making new geometry in the model space, but I only want that to appear in select details when it comes to exporting.
Currently, all new geometry appears in all existing details (Depending on display mode), and I have to go and turn it off for every existing layout detail in the likely case I don’t want it there.
