Feature Request: Mitering of Lines

When the line setting as set wide, in the print out they are not mitered, creating odd gaps.

Here, line ends are square on Mac in PrintDisplay, so if lines are not joined I see what @miano shows - on Windows lines have roundy ends, which fixes that problem. But Print shows the right thing, here. i.e. PrintDisplay is broken in that respect, but not Print, here, in 7.3, mac

Here, the print works as expected,

the PrintPreview mode in Rhino, does not.

Yes, they are rounded in the print but not in the print display.
