Faster way to Tilt View?

I find myself getting sideways a lot as I’m working on 3D parts that I need to work on from all sides… I find that quite often I get ‘sideways’ to the view I wish to have and that the normal mouse rotations don’t go in the axis I need to turn… but I found that _TiltView is EXACLY the axis I’m trying to correct.

I have a floating toolbar with _TiltView in it, but I’m wondering if there is a way I can assign it to my 3rd or 4th mouse button, or perhaps some key modifier like holding down Alt does _TiltView instead of _Zoom? I use the scroll wheel for zoom and would benefit from _TiltView way more often than another way to Zoom.

shift+alt+rmb drag will tilt the view

Thankyou, that is much easier than going over to a button.

But then you have to reset the window. It would be nice if you could just do an ‘undo’ to reverse the tilt view.

I have a hot key (aliases) set of for my views. Top, right, left, perspective… hitting one does reset the tilt here.

I wonder if I can make and alias to reset just the camera to a top view but while still in perspective, without changing where I am zoomed into, that’s something I would like to do often.
