I found that there are FairnessLaplace option under Optimization options importance and didn’t find any info in Evolute primer or forum about this options. I figure out that it smoothen the mesh in some way, but didn’t catch how.

You are right, the FairnessLaplace option is missing in the Primer, thanks for finding that. It behaves like this: This optimization goal tries to move the vertices as close as possible to the center of its connected adjacent (connected by edges) vertices.
