Hi, I cant connect to Package Manager as well.

Package URL set to default, no firewall running and using my commercial license on laptop:

thanks for the quick reply!
Never tried it before, since I just recently migrated my workstation and laptop to win11.
My old setup got its plugins downloaded from food4rhino years ago and i didnt touch it for a while.
