Fail to generate Curve/Curve intersection (CCX) please help

Hello guys!
It is weird that I could not get all intersections from curve groups C2 and C3. I have checked the curve in both groups were PLANAR, however as you can see only 7 intersections points were generated.
How could I solve this problem of lacking intersections?
Please give me some advice or suggestions.
