To extrude with gumball at a certain distance I have to:
Select surface
Move it in the right direction (Lclick held)
Input distance (while holding Lclick)
Hold Ctrl (while holding Lclick) (two buttons held at the same time!)
Release
Maybe it should work in the same way as copy with gumball which is more user friendly:
Copy with gumball at a certain distance:
Select surface
Move it in the right direction (Lclick held)
Tap Alt (while holding Lclick)
Input distance
Cheers!

Hi Bogdan - try: Click once on the little ball that launches the extrude function for gumball, type in the desired distance (including “-”) and Enter.
Does that work?

Nice! I haven’t noticed this new feature.
I can also move in the same way, by clicking on the arrow instead of the dot and writing the distance.
Maybe some preview would be useful though, to change the distance and see how it looks before hitting enter.
