Extruding circles from attractor

Hi there,

I have made a grid of circles with varying diameters with an attractor. I now want to extrude them and I want to apply different heights to them - the wider the diameter, the taller the height. I want this number to be stepping integer values ( so if diameter 0.1<x<0.12= factor 1 and so on). Any ideas how I would go about this?
