Extruding a curve a distance along an axis with draft angle

Hey Everyone,

Sometime during the Rhino 6 development, we added a new method to extrude a curve a distance along an axis with draft angle. This new method, Brep.CreateFromTaperedExtrudeWithRef, produces better different results than Brep.CreateFromTaperedExtrude method which as been in RhinoCommon for a while.

Anyway, since this flew under the radar, I thought Iā€™d point this out. Here is a Grasshopper deal that shows the differences in output.
