ExtrudeCrv -20 extrudes to + direction.
In V5, it works as expected.

Yes, it’s a bummer, isn’t it? It’s by design, mind you - and you’ll likely to be called old fart for not embracing The Future and Its Better Ways a.k.a. Swish.
In short, it all depends on where your mouse pointer is on the screen.

This new ‘advanced’ behavior is (was) confusing.
Today I tried with (6.0.17332.10241, 28.11.2017), and it works as usual.
In addition, depending on the mouse pointer, the commands detects the direction.
Best of both worlds…
I think this solution is good.
