Extrude many curve normal to surface

Can someone guide me on how to make multiple normal surface extrusions and non-planar polysurfaces at once?

Thank you very much for your attention.
I tested it, but the result is still confusing:
what is highlighted in the image in red seems ok.
what is in blue is out of place.
what is in black is inverted.
Is it possible to adjust this?
