Extracting curves of multiple disconnected surfaces

Hi, I am trying to extract the contours of multiple surfaces to simulate a milling toolpath. I need to first extract curves along the surface as seen in the image to create some tolerances so as to make sure the material is cut fully. How do i achieve this? I have tried using dot product components, contour components but I cannot seem to figure it out. How do i achieve this?

Dear Varun,

I checked your files. To open them I have to install a lot of stuff. You can imagine I do not want to do that every time I need to work on a question.

So please provide an example (best is just a small part of the drawing + script where the problem is located). And I am happy to give it a try.
