I’ve been watching tutorials and it shows extract Flat for making patterns. I have ver 6.18 and I do not have any of those tools or options in the Rhino Options. Can you tell me how to flatten a 3-D object or direct me to a tutorial of how to o it with my version?
Hello - the tools in Rhino are
UnrollSrf for developable surfaces
Squish for surfaces with compound curvature. This is not as sophistcated as Exact Flat by any means,

Are here any good tutorials for it. Every time I use those tools I get some pretty bad results unlike what I saw with extract Flat?
It would maybe help if you would post the tutorials you’ve seen where they use extract flat?
