I want to exctract the blue line as vectors (and subsequently their crossing points) via the image sampler. This is a small portion of the image:
I cannot seem th extract the lines, can you help?

only the red channel looks like you have a chance to extract the curves.
what s the source of this image ? retake it, scan it again ?
looks like ink-dots / print artefacts - optimize the scan (less resolution, unsharp optical setting, …i am not an expert in this field, sorry)
preprocess it in photoshop ? (smart blur, edge detection… fiddle around with some filters)
it is scanned, retaking is not an option sadly. was hoping to extract rgb values for pixels and detect those with blue values exceeding a certain threshold.
